Paying dog forest with exercise benefits
You can use Epassi, Smartum, and Edenred exercise benefits for quality outdoor activities with your dog and pay Someron Koirametsä visit with them.
Previously, bookings paid with exercise benefits had to be made through our booking calendar as a separate Exercise Trail service. Due to a change in the VAT rate, exercise benefits can now be conveniently used for our regular services.
A single visit or multi-visit pass can be paid directly with Epassi on our website. With Smartum and Edenred, the payment is made first in the exercise benefit app. After that, you must send us an email with the details of the purchased service, and we will provide you with a personal gift card or multi-visit pass corresponding to your purchase, which you can then use to make your reservation.
Making a dog forest reservation with Epassi
- Select service from single visits, or choose the multi-visit pass
- Proceed to checkout
If you chose a single visit, select the desired duration and time, accept the terms, and continue to checkout by entering your contact details. If you chose the multi-visit pass, accept the terms and continue to checkout by entering your contact details. - Choose Epassi as the payment method
At checkout, select Epassi from the payment options and confirm the payment in Epassi. - Receive your booking confirmation or multi-visit pass by email
If you selected a single visit, check that you received the booking confirmation in your email. If you purchased the multi-visit pass, it will be delivered to your email and you can use it to make your first reservation. - Make a reservation with your multi-visit pass in our online store
Select a single visit, choose the session duration that matches your multi-visit pass, and then choose a time that suits you from the calendar. Accept the booking terms and proceed to checkout. Enter your contact details and move to the payment step. Select “Multi-visit pass” as the payment method. Enter the code you received in the designated field and confirm the payment. The multi-visit pass code can be used five times.
Please note that visits paid with exercise benefits are binding and cannot be cancelled or refunded. If needed, the reservation can be rescheduled using the reschedule link provided in the booking confirmation.
Making a dog forest reservation with Smartum or Edenred
It’s this easy to enjoy the opportunities offered by the dog forest with Smartum or Edenred:
- Choose a service from the price list
First, check our price list to decide which service(s) you’d like to purchase with your exercise benefit. - Complete payment in the app
Use Smartum or Edenred app. Select Someron Koirametsä from the list of service providers and complete your payment. If you’re paying for multiple services at once, be sure to mention them in the next step. - Notify us of your purchase via email
Send your payment details (e.g., a screenshot of the receipt or information about the service(s) you purchased), your name, and phone number to info@someronkoirametsa.fi. - Receive your gift card or multi-visit pass
You will receive a gift card or a multi-visit pass via email within three days at the latest, usually sooner. If you want to make a reservation immediately, you can also pay for it directly in our online store without using an exercise benefit. - Make a reservation on our website
Select single visit and a suitable time slot. If you are booking a visit to be paid with multi-visit pass, be sure to choose the same duration visit as in the pass. Accept the reservation terms and proceed to checkout. Enter your contact details and move to the payment step. Select “Gift card” or “Prepaid card” as the payment method, depending on which one you had purchased. Enter the code you received in the designated field and confirm the payment. The multi-visit pass code can be used for five visits.
If the gift card or multi-visit pass code does not work and you receive the error message “The gift card is not valid for the selected services in the cart (different VAT rate)”, please contact us.
Please note that visits paid for with exercise benefits are binding and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Any remaining value on the gift card will also not be refunded. If necessary, the reservation can be transferred through the transfer link provided in the reservation confirmation.
